Cannabis infused Choco cookies

Naturally, anyone can smoke cannabis, but have you ever ventured into the kitchen to create something delicious with it? When sweet chocolate meets soothing cannabis, a combination that enchants all the senses emerges. Today, we share with you our secret recipe for Mega-Chocolaty Cannabis Chocolate Cookies – a true delight for the body and mind.

Ingredients for approximately 20 cookies:

Instructions:

  • Melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. Meanwhile, whisk the egg with the sugar until frothy. Then, stir in the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Mix flour and baking powder and also stir it in.

  • Then let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes so that it is strengthened and then easier to use.

  • Place spoonfuls of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space as the dough spreads while baking.

  • Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes. The cookies will be soft but firm upon cooling. Pack them in containers only after cooling to prevent crumbling. The recipe yields approximately 20 cookies, crispy yet with a slightly moist chocolate note.

The effects of cookies typically have a delayed onset and last longer compared to smoking a joint, as digestion takes time. It's advisable to eat the cookies slowly, chew carefully, and avoid consuming more, even if no noticeable effects occur after half an hour. Especially for beginners, starting with small amounts and increasing the dose only if no effects are observed after a few hours is recommended.

THC dosage

  • If you make the above recipe with cannabis butter containing approximately 15% THC, each teaspoon of cannabis butter should contain about 40 mg THC. This means that with 4 tablespoons of this cannabis butter in chocolate cookies, the entire mixture should contain approximately 480 mg THC.

  • The recipe states that it yields about 20 chocolate cookies, so you can estimate around 24 mg THC per serving.

  • If you prefer a milder dose, simply adjust the amount, for example, use 3 tablespoons of cannabis butter and one tablespoon of regular butter in the mixture.

It is crucial to carefully monitor the dosage.

Here is a guide for calculating the dosage.
