Cannabis blueberry smoothie for an invigorating break

Cannabis smoothies provide a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy the benefits of cannabis. On hot summer days, a creamy smoothie with ice-cold blueberries is the perfect refreshment. By combining the natural sweetness of blueberries and bananas with the benefits of cannabis, you create a harmonious mix of flavor and nutrients. Blueberries are not only healthy and low in calories but also deliciously fruity. They are rich in vitamin C for a strong immune system, support iron absorption, and provide a wealth of minerals and vitamins such as potassium, calcium, zinc, and folic acid. Additionally, they are an excellent source of fiber, which can even aid in weight loss.
In this smoothie, bananas provide creaminess and energy. They are rich in magnesium and potassium, making them a valuable ingredient.

Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/4 liter of your cannabis milk (unsweetened almond milk for the vegan version) > How to make cannabis milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A handful of ice cubes


Preparation:

  • Put blueberries, banana, cannabis milk, vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.

  • Blend at high speed until a smooth and creamy mixture is formed.

  • Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with whole blueberries, and serve.


The banana already adds sweetness to the smoothie, but you can also add sugar beet syrup, agave syrup, honey, stevia, or maple syrup if you prefer.

Of course, this recipe also works well with other berries such as blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc. Instead of banana, you can also use other fruit purees - the sky's the limit!
