  • 2 ½ cups sugar

  • ¼ cup cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • In the pot, combine sugar, salt, and cornstarch, whisking thoroughly. In a medium-sized bowl, mix milk and egg yolks until smooth.

  • Prepare the glasses.

  • Place four Nilla wafers at the bottom of each glass.

  • Next, add a large spoonful of pudding to each cup, followed by four banana slices.

  • Repeat these steps until the glasses are 2/3 full.

  • Crush 10-12 wafers in a Ziplock bag and distribute the pieces on top.

  • Cover the pudding glasses with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

  • Once the pudding reaches its final consistency, it can be inverted.

Just before serving, garnish with additional wafers and banana slices. Enjoy your meal!

How to train Cannabis for higher yields

Making cannabis-infused milk:

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter whole milk

  • Approximately the same amount of cannabis as in a high-quality joint should be added to every quarter liter of milk. In most situations, this corresponds to 1g of buds per ¼ liter of milk. If your tolerance is higher, you can adjust the amount accordingly.

Instructions:
Decarboxylation:

  • Preheat the oven to about 115-120°C.

  • Spread finely ground cannabis evenly on a baking sheet.

  • Bake it for about 30-40 minutes in the oven to activate decarboxylation. This step is crucial to ensure the conversion of THC-A into the psychoactive THC.

  > More on decarboxylation

Preparation:

  • Heat the milk in a pot until it is just about to boil but not boiling.

  • Add the decarboxylated cannabis and reduce the heat. Let it simmer on low heat for at least 1 to 2 hours.

  • Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn.

Straining:

  • After the infusion time, filter the milk through a fine sieve or a cheesecloth-lined strainer to remove solid plant parts.

Storage:

  • Let the cannabis milk cool and then store it in the refrigerator.

How to train Cannabis for higher yields

Determination of the THC content in 1 liter of milk.

Assuming you have, as in our recipe, 4 grams of cannabis with a THC content of 10%, and you want to dissolve it in 1 liter of milk.

Calculate the THC content in cannabis in grams:

THC in grams= (Cannabis mass in grams) × (percentage in decimal form) = 5 g×0,10=0,4 g

This means that 4 grams of cannabis contain 0.4 grams of THC.

To calculate the THC content per milliliter (ml) of milk, we need to consider the quantity of milk. 1 liter of milk is equivalent to 1000 ml:

THC per ml=THC in grams / milk volume in ml =0.4 g /  1000 ml=0.0004 g/ml

To obtain the value in milligrams, multiply by 1000 (since 1 gram = 1000 milligrams):

THC per ml in mg=0,0004 g / ml × 1000=0,4 mg / ml

This means that every milliliter of milk in the solution contains 0.4 milligrams of THC

It is important to note that the potency of cannabis milk depends on the quality of the cannabis used, the infusion duration, and other factors. Start with a low dose, especially if you are new to using cannabis products, and adjust the amount as needed. Also, be aware of the legal regulations in your region regarding the possession and use of cannabis.
